You had to make sure you had the proper equipment suited to the strategy YOU devised. Take care of rooftops guards before you jump in. If you wanted to infiltrate a building you had to scope the area out. Anybody can button mash their way through AC2-Rogue. I honestly think the reason people didn't like Unity is because it was challenging in a way that no previous title had delivered since AC1. What do you guys think? Which one is better? It’s a shame the combat, weapons and some of the missions are bad because everything else is great. Maybe it gets better after a while but I’ve played like 20 hours and it’s still not that fun. And the combat itself doesn’t feel good at all and it’s as if your not controlling ur character really. I was disappointed when I saw that there were only three weapons that all feel the same way when used. I thought it was interesting that the assassins you play as in this game are brawlers, but the combat is not fun at all and are very little weapons and Cosmetics. But every time I get back on to play one of the story missions It frustrates me for some reason especially if the mission is not stealth. I also love the new stuff such as Trains, Boats, carriages and the grapple.

I was excited when this became free last month on Xbox because everybody said it was a huge upgrade from Unity, and if I liked Unity this has gotta be great! Syndicate has better graphics, cool story, Fun characters (especially the twins), and a fun to explore British city. Besides those things I loved the game and played 65 hours of that game before I accidentally deleted my save. There are flaws such as like 4 times I had to restart my game because Arno would spaz out and get permanently stuck, dodging could be better, Combat, although I enjoyed most of it, could be much better then just mash one button and parry at the right time (Origins fixed this), There are way to little skill upgrades and climbing can be tedious at times. I also like how you can travel to another pretty 2 other pretty big cities with the carriage travel option and the Dead Kings Free dlc. Amazing graphics, cool world, tons of weapons, armor and cosmetics and mostly fun combat. Likeable characters such as Arno, Elise or Bellic. I played it when it was fixed and loved it, thought the story was good.
I'm not sure if people hated it for the game itself or its completely broken launch.
V SYNDICATE SERIES
These are from what i've seen two of the underrated games of the series (whether thats deserved or not) and just wanted to hear what your guys thoughts on these ones and which one is better due to them being pretty similar. These are the two I played the most besides Origins and the Third one.
